CAPYDROP es una beta gratuita, ofrecida “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo. Puede cambiar, fallar o salir de línea en cualquier momento.
Eres responsable del apodo y del contenido que envías. No uses apodos ilegales, de odio, acosadores o que infrinjan derechos. Tu apodo y puntaje son visibles en la tabla de líderes pública. Podemos eliminar contenido y expulsar a jugadores que rompan estas reglas.
No hagas trampa, no manipules puntajes, no explotes fallos, no envíes spam, no ataques ni hagas ingeniería inversa del Juego, y no interrumpas a otros jugadores.
Algunos recursos visuales, animados y de audio se crearon con asistencia de IA generativa y se refinaron bajo dirección creativa humana. Son propiedad o están licenciados por NUMEN / Héctor Rosas y se otorgan bajo la licencia de estos Términos; no pueden extraerse, revenderse ni usarse para entrenar modelos de IA. La IA se usa solo para crear los recursos y no interviene en el tratamiento de datos ni en decisiones sobre usuarios.
El Juego, su código, personajes, arte y marca son propiedad de NUMEN / Héctor Rosas. Estos Términos te otorgan una licencia personal, intransferible y revocable para jugar.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de daños indirectos o incidentales derivados de tu uso del Juego.
Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso si rompes estos Términos.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de California, EE. UU.
By playing CAPYDROP (“the Game”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Game.

CAPYDROP is a free beta, offered “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, break, or go offline at any time.
You’re responsible for the nickname and content you submit. Don’t use nicknames that are illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringing. Your nickname and score are visible on the public leaderboard. We may remove content and remove players who break these rules.
Don’t cheat, manipulate scores, exploit, spam, attack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Game or other players.
Some visual, animated, and audio assets were created with the assistance of generative AI tools and refined under human creative direction. All such assets are owned or licensed by NUMEN / Héctor Rosas and provided under the license in these Terms; they may not be extracted, resold, or used to train AI models. AI is used solely for asset creation and plays no part in processing player data or in any decision affecting users.
The Game, its code, characters, art, and brand are owned by NUMEN / Héctor Rosas. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
